By accessing axuretech.com or utilizing applications, software artifacts, or platforms built by AxureTech, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all applicable regional laws and regulations governing electronic communications.

2. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All product titles, software source codes, UI components, brand designs, and architecture documentation belonging to AxureTech (including Ustreaming VPN, Axure Protect, UstreamingFlix, Axure Signage, and Beat Masters) remain the exclusive intellectual property of AxureTech.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users and corporate clients agree not to deploy AxureTech connectivity conduits or infrastructure for malicious exploitation, unauthorized penetration testing against third parties, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) distribution, or illicit network activities.

4. Limitation of Liability

AxureTech provides its web endpoints and technology platforms on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' operational standard. While enterprise service-level agreements (SLAs) apply to contracted corporate clients, general website access is provided without express warranties.
